1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rajneeti AI mobile application (“App” or “Platform”), operated by Move37 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App.
2. Description of Service
Rajneeti AI provides a platform for communication by allowing users to generate customized social media graphics, texts, and commentary for historic events, milestones, and festivals.
- Parameter based Generation: The App dynamically populates posters for user with user-provided parameters (such as political party, state, and personal details). It does not offer open-ended AI image or text generation.
- Freemium Model: Users are granted a limited free trial to experience the App’s core functionalities. Continued access beyond the trial period requires an active, paid subscription.
3. User Conduct and Compliance
While Rajneeti AI maintains high standards of civic discourse, you are solely responsible for the final content you generate and publish. By using the App, you strictly agree to the following:
- ECI Compliance: You shall not use the App or its generated outputs to violate the Election Commission of India (ECI) Model Code of Conduct, the Representation of the People Act, 1951, or any other applicable electoral laws.
- Prohibited Content: You shall not attempt to manipulate the App’s parameters to generate, or subsequently alter generated outputs to create, hate speech, defamatory material, deepfakes, misinformation, or content that incites violence or enmity between groups.
- Platform Integrity: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the restrictions of the App will result in immediate account termination.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform Ownership: Move37 retains all overarching intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in the Rajneeti AI App, including its underlying software, algorithms, user interface, and the original pre-designed templates.
- User Output License: Upon the successful generation of a graphic or text using the App, Move37 grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, publish, and distribute that specific output for your communication and social media commentary. Move37 does not apply proprietary watermarks to the generated outputs.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refund Policy
- Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Premium access to Rajneeti AI is billed on an auto-renewing subscription basis via our designated payment gateway (Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App’s settings or your app store management portal. Cancellation will prevent future billing, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Strictly No Refunds: Because Rajneeti AI provides a limited free trial for users to evaluate the Service prior to purchase, all subscription payments are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused periods.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Content Accuracy
The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- User Fact-Checking Obligation: While Move37 exercises diligence in reviewing its content calendars and templates, political landscapes and historical facts are subject to interpretation and change. We do not warrant the absolute factual accuracy, completeness, or currentness of the generated templates. You are solely responsible for double-checking and verifying all dates, facts, and messaging before publishing any generated content to your personal or public social media channels. Move37 disclaims all liability for any public backlash, legal action, or reputational damage resulting from your use of the generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Move37, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Move37 in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
