We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

To provide and optimize the Services, we collect the following categories of information:
- User-Provided Identifiers: Full name, phone number, preferred language, and geographical state.
- Media and Content: Photographs uploaded or captured directly within the App to generate customized graphics.
- Financial Information: Subscription and billing details are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not directly store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
- Automated Device and Usage Data: Through our integration with Firebase Analytics, we automatically collect telemetry data, including device type, operating system, app crash logs, session durations, and general interaction metrics to maintain and improve app performance.
3. Android Device Permissions
To enable core application features, Rajneeti AI requests the following specific operating system permissions:
- Camera: Requested only if you choose to capture a new photograph directly within the App for graphic generation.
- Storage / Media (Read): Requested to allow you to select and upload existing photographs from your device’s local gallery.
These permissions are utilized strictly for the functional generation of your customized media content and are not used for background surveillance or unrelated data harvesting.
4. Purposes of Processing
We utilize the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- Service Delivery: To generate customized social media graphics, festival greetings, and event content utilizing your provided name, photograph, and details.
- Content Optimization: To tailor the App’s content calendar based on your designated geographical state.
- Communication & Marketing: To send administrative notices, OTPs for authentication, and future promotional communications regarding Rajneeti AI updates or features. You retain the right to opt out of promotional communications at any time.
- Analytics: To diagnose technical issues, analyze user trends, and improve the overall user experience.
5. Third-Party Integrations and Data Sharing
We maintain strict control over your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with external political parties, election committees, or third-party advertising networks. Your data is processed using the following trusted service providers, acting as data processors on our behalf:
- Infrastructure: Our backend operations and data storage are securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located within India.
- Image Processing: We utilize Google Play Services to facilitate localized background removal from your uploaded photographs.
- Analytics & Payments: We utilize Firebase for app analytics and Razorpay for secure subscription processing.
6. Data Security and Retention
We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All user data, including photographs and identifiers, is encrypted both in transit (via secure protocols) and at rest on our AWS servers.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. If you request account deletion, we will securely purge your operational data; however, we may retain specific transactional or log data for an extended period solely to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations under Indian law.
7. User Rights and Control
You maintain the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Correction: You may review, update, and modify your personal identifiers (name, language, state, photograph) directly through the profile section of the App.
